Trans-Tasman Modern Jive Ball Norfolk Island

Your invitation to dance in 2018 at a special Norfolk Island Trans-Tasman Modern Jive Ball…

Come for a Ball and leave having had a Holiday!

Trans-Tasman Modern Jive Ball Norfolk Island

17 March 2018 - 20 March 2018

Dancing on an idyllic South Pacific Island is not all you get on Norfolk Island. The beauty that surrounds you includes sheer cliff-tops, turquoise waters, iconic Norfolk Pines and lush green valleys. There’s a spectacular water view to watch every sun rise and set over…

And within all that beauty your Trans Tasman Modern Jive Ball Organising Committee has a very special location for the Ball that will sparkle, surprise and delight. Put simply, expect a simply stunning hidden gem that will be sure to keep you up and dancing and talking about this Ball for a long time to come.

No doubt during your visit you’ll get to meet many descendants of the world’s most famous mutiny – but don’t worry the Bounty mutineers and their Tahitian wives created one of the friendliest and welcoming communities you’re ever likely to find. Watawieh is the Norf’k language greeting you’ll get to know, and we hope use as you become familiar with the locals and our language.

Aside from dancing there is so much to see and do. World Heritage listed Kingston vividly evokes our turbulent convict past and today, presents the largest collection of intact Georgian architecture to be found. Start with the four museums and enjoy tours that explore many parts of this history and heritage.

There is much to see and do on Norfolk Island including: golf on an incredibly scenic course beside the sea, fishing, sea kayaking, edible gardens & eco tours, art galleries, bushwalking, glass bottom boat coral reef trips & Philip Island trekking, bowls, tennis, squash, yoga, kayaking, swimming, snorkeling, & much more.
