Exclusive to the Norfolk Island Travel Centre: The World Heritage Listed Kingston and Arthur’s Vale Historic Area (KAVHA) on Norfolk Island holds many historical treasures from Australia’s past colonial and penal history. Explore the areas of convict incarceration. Enjoy a walk through the cultural landscape earlier occupied by the military and civil population of the colonial era.
Island Life Tour
Spend a delightful day touring Norfolk Island, gaining a true insight into the intricate nature of modern, daily island life. Learn about the eight original family groups, how their cultural traits are fostered, valued and maintained in today's daily life. How modern life is experienced in Norfolk Island is what this tour is all about. An island-style lunch completes the tour.

History in the Making Coach Tour
Be knowledgeably guided through four historic settlements on Norfolk Island. Learn of early Polynesian arrivals, followed by European occupation (two successive settlements), culminating in the migration of the Bounty descendants from Pitcairn Island to Norfolk Island in 1856. Visit an island home and see a demonstration of hands on crafts, such as shingle and rope making. View a private museum collection which includes unique Norfolk Island artefacts and learn how Pitcairn settlers made Norfolk Island their home.
Breakfast Bushwalk
Walk through diverse habitats from rainforest to clifftops, between enormous pines and white-woods, surrounded by seabirds (seasonal). While the topography is hilly, the pace is relaxed and your guides cater to a range of fitness levels.
You'll be richly rewarded by a delicious barbecue breakfast at a scenic location. Learn about flora and fauna and see some of the 40 endemic species of plants and birds.
For those that just want to join for breakfast come along! You can relax and take in the scenery before meeting up with the others for breakfast.
Bounty Folk Museum
Discover the amazing story of Norfolk Island in this quirky museum. The Bounty Folk Museum is a treasure chest of history, an Aladdins cave full of fantastic collections, excellent learning resources and inspiring information stretching back to 1788. The Bounty Folk Museum is the people's museum of Norfolk Island, and is located in one of Norfolk Island's oldest shops built in 1918. New included exhibit from the Maritime Museum in London is the Captain Bligh, Myth, Man and Mutiny.

The World of Norfolk Exhibit brings to life a series of stories that collectively encompass and celebrate Norfolk Island, its people, unique history, landscapes and culture. Featuring world class visual displays and 28 custom built glass interpretation panels you'll feel immersed in a memorable 'World'.
