As your Destination Manager we offer the following services:
- Advice on developing and costing a tour program that best suits your clientele’s demographics and interests and draw up a 7 day holiday program with all inclusions listed
- Support your choice of the best accommodation for your group needs
- Manage all arrangements with you via a dedicated Travel Consultant including booking all airfares, accommodation, car hire, meals, tours and activities. Due to our strong supplier relationships and high volume bargaining power, we access the best prices and latest advice regarding airfares, accommodation and the most popular tours, activities and meals on the island.
- Issue all travel documents direct to your clients
- Provide on-island support to your Tour Leader
- Meet and welcome your group at the Norfolk island airport and as needed with your Tour Leader to overview each day’s program and explain logistics for all activities
- Provide a Norfolk Island Telecom charged mobile phone and credit with local phone number to your Tour Leader
- Be available to your Tour Leader for assistance 24hours per day
