Craig Adams

Craig burst onto the NZ country music scene in 2008 -  a late starter he seemed to appear out of nowhere. Craig's career began by entering a local talent competition in his home town where he took out the overall title. From there he continued on the awards circuit taking out a number of tittles throughout NZ.

Craig has become well known for his high energy entertaining performances making him popular at festivals throughout New Zealand and Australia. With his band “The Rustlers, Craig is a popular act and Norfolk Island is delighted to welcome him back to where he once represented New Zealand in the Trans Tasman Country Music Awards.

His second album “Yesterdays Today” is a tribute to the classic country songs that he grew up listening to. Craig toured New Zealand on release of both of these albums along with shows in Australia.

The Rustlers

The Rustlers - Bevan Gardiner and James Davy  have been entertaining audiences together for 17 years in various bands around New Zealand.  James started playing guitar at age 12. He spent 10 years as a freelance musician in Auckland working with artists such as Dave Dobbyn and Rikki Morris before moving south.

Bevan started playing guitar at age 6, singing from age 10 and drumming from age 18. He has toured the show “take Me Home” the music and life of John Denver around NZ and Australia many times. He’s also opened for Scottish singer song writer Isla Grant and country legend Charlie Pride.

Together on Norfolk in 2027 Craig Adams and the Rustlers promise a fantastic week of country sounds, plus time to kick back with their supporters and enjoy some of the great restaurants and tours that the island has to offer.
