Good reasons to compete on Norfolk Island

Norfolk Islanders have a strong legacy of playing and supporting their local sporting clubs and associations. Members of the Norfolk Island Pistol Association have proudly competed at home and away and do all they can to encourage growth of the sport. Perfectly positioned mid-distance between Australia and New Zealand their annual championships are a true International ‘mid-ditch’ meet, enjoyed by Aussies, Kiwis and local shooters alike.

You’ll just love the socialising events from the Club house where you can watch the sun-set over the ocean, through the silhouette of Norfolk pines, with a cold beverage in hand. When not competing make sure to book a fishing trip, have a game of golf, or enjoy the many tours on offer.

IMPORTANT ADVICE FOR NORFOLK ISLAND

NB: Travel restrictions and entry requirements may change at short notice. Please check back regularly for updated information.

It is important that you keep up to date with the latest government requirements available at:  http://www.norfolkisland.gov.nf/covid-19-advice-norfolk-island

It is strongly recommended that you still undertake a Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) for COVID-19 within 48 hours of departing and if this is positive do not travel to the Island. Norfolk Island has very limited health facilities compared with the mainland and particularly if you are elderly, unvaccinated or with a comorbidity and become infected with COVID-10 you will strain these facilities.

There remains a mandatory requirement to report a positive result to wither PCR or RAT for COVID-19 to the Norfolk Island Health and Residential aged Care Service 9NIHRACS) whilst on the Island. This will result in self-isolation until your symptom free, at your own cost.

Payment Options

Prices shown are in Australian dollars and are payable by personal or bank cheques or by direct deposit into our Commonwealth Bank account (please see bank details below). If you would prefer to pay by Visa or Mastercard, please add 1.5% to the total cost of your holiday package.
