Seascape Holiday Accommodation is nestled on 2.75 acres of hillside overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Norfolk Pine rainforest.
The cottages and villas are privately spaced around stunning gardens to give guests seclusion and guaranteed tranquillity. A perfect setting for your Norfolk Island holiday.
Seascape has 3 types of accommodation. Choose from a Villas or Tern Cottage, both offering 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, or Horizon Cottage, a 4 bedroom house which can accommodate up to eight guests.
From the property you'll enjoy gorgeous gardens, spectacular views and private decks - the perfect place to relax.

Terms & Conditions
Prices are a guide only, subject to change and availability, and are in Australian Dollars. Prices are correct as of 17 Aug 2024, and are valid for travel until 31 March 2025 unless otherwise specified. For travel 1 Oct 24 to 31 Mar 25 add on from an additional $95 per person, quad share; for travel 1 Apr 25 to 31 May 25 add on from an additional $200 per person, quad share. Please check all prices, availability, fees, conditions and information with your travel agent before booking.
Deposit: A non-refundable $250 deposit plus any applicable airfare is required upon booking
Final Payment: Final payment is due prior to departure as advised by your travel agent. Payment can be made by personal or bank cheques or by direct deposit into our Commonwealth Bank account. If you would prefer to pay by Visa or Mastercard, a 1.5% credit card fee will apply.
Changes & Amendments: Changes can be made up to 48 hours (notification business days only) prior to departure at a change fee of $200 per person plus any applicable upgrade fees, subject to availability.
Cancellation: Airfare is subject to availability and non-refundable after issue. Accommodation cancellation penalties apply within 90 days prior to travel. Within 60 days of travel, up to 100% cancellation fees may apply.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect you against some unforeseen cancellations.
